כי אתא לגביה א"ל בעי מינאי מילתא בעא מיניה שור של שני שותפין כיצד משלמין כופר
[which would justify the exemption in this case], as [minor] orphans are not subject to the law of atonement? — R. Hisda said: It is R. Ishmael the son of R. Johanan b. Beroka.
